At Sarthaa Service, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel a service booking. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling a service request, ensuring fairness to all parties involved.
1. Cancellation by Customers
- Before Service Provider Dispatch:
Customers may cancel their booking without any charges if the cancellation is made before the service provider is dispatched.
- After Service Provider Dispatch:
If the cancellation occurs after the service provider has been dispatched but before they arrive at the customer’s location, a cancellation fee equivalent to the provider's travel costs or a flat rate will apply.
- After Service Provider Arrival:
Once the service provider has arrived at the customer’s location, cancellations are not permitted, and the full service fee will be charged.
2. Cancellation by Service Providers
In rare cases, a service provider may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances:
- Customers will be notified immediately.
- Customers will have the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer is unavailable or unresponsive upon the service provider’s arrival, the booking will be considered a no-show. In this case:
- The full service fee will be charged.
- Customers may reschedule the service by paying additional fees for the provider’s travel costs.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
Refund eligibility for cancellations is governed by the Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not applicable once the service provider has arrived.
- Approved refunds for cancellations before dispatch will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Navigate to "My Bookings."
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
