• Any injury or mishap to the customer, service provider, or any third party during the service.
• Any misbehavior, misconduct, or disputes arising between customers and service providers.
• The quality, timeliness, or outcome of the service performed by the service provider.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, disagreements, or complaints related to the service must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider. Sarthaa Service may assist in mediating disputes but holds no responsibility for the final resolution.

5. Service Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through the Sarthaa Service app.
• Payments for services are processed through the app or as specified during booking.
• Once a service provider is dispatched, the booking cannot be canceled without applicable cancellation fees (refer to the Cancellation Policy).

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your location and personal data are collected only to facilitate service delivery. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Indemnity
